Sylw 27883 ar Cofrestr o Safleoedd Ymgeisiol gan Mr Trevor Brown

Cefnogi / Gwrthwynebu: GWRTHWYNEBU
Dolen Gyswllt i'r Ddogfen: Cofrestr o Safleoedd Ymgeisiol - 5 Tir yn Fferm Pen y Waen, yr Hen Briffordd, Bae Colwyn, LL28 5UY
Sylw: The proposed access to the site is a narrow cul de sac often with vehicles parked on the road. This entails negotiating the blind bends slowly on the wrong side of the road. Any increase in traffic will significantly increase the risk of an accident. The noise and pollution generated by the increased traffic from this development, both during construction and once completed, will have a major detrimental effect on the adjacent area and to the quality of life for those already living here.
Newid i'r cynllun: That the proposed development is not included in the Replacement Local Development Plan

Cyflwyniad Gwreiddiol

The proposed access to the site is a narrow cul de sac often with vehicles parked on the road. This entails negotiating the blind bends slowly on the wrong side of the road.
